Dear Customers, 

For all of our health and safety, we will now be operating an appointment only system. We will not be accepting walk in customers for the time being. Our partners for appointments are Nearcut. 

The bookings page will be available on our website and on our Facebook page “The Directors Cut W5”   
If you are having difficulties trying to register to book an appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email or messenger. 

What you can expect from us during your service following industry guidelines:
The chair, workstation and tools will be cleaned and sterilised using products.
We will be practising the social distancing requirements set out by the government. 
We will wash our hands before we cut your hair. 
We will be wearing a face covering. 
We will be using disposable, recyclable gowns and neck paper for every client. 
We will be using disposable recyclable towels. (
Our door handles and anything you come in contact with will be regularly sterilised. 
Unfortunately we will not be providing any beard or face shaving services for the time being. 
There will be no newspapers or magazines and no refreshments can be served.
There will be no access to the toilet. 

What you can do to help us:
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Please attend alone, unless accompanying a minor or as a carer. 
Please wait outside and wait to be invited in for your appointment as there will be no waiting area in inside the shop.  
Please bring a face covering with you to wear for the duration of your haircut. 
A touchless hand sanitiser will be provided at the door. Please sanitise your hands before entering. Please do not wear gloves - wash or sanitise your hands instead. 
Please try and bring as few belongings with you as possible. 
And finally,
Please be patient with us as we try to implement this different way of working which is as new to us as it will be to you.  We want your experience with us to be as pleasant as possible and give you the best service we can in the safest way possible. 
Our capacity to serve customers has been dramatically reduced with a reduction in staff numbers and longer appointment times between customers for sanitation procedures and as a result we have been unable to keep the pricing structure we had before we closed. Please take note of the new pricing structure as you book your appointment.
